I can't wait to start working with you!

About Me

My mission is to create experiences that help people connect and expand their understanding of the world.

I have over 10 years of experience as a program manager, leader, and event producer. Most recently, I worked as a Principal Program Manager at Salesforce fostering inclusive, customer-centric experiences that enhance brand awareness and position. For example, I instituted diversity initiatives in the Tableau Iron Viz program, the world’s largest data visualization competition, that increased participant representation by 150% for female-identifying and 20% for BIPOC individuals.

Previously, I served at Tableau as a Senior Manager for a team of Program and Event Managers during a period of intense organizational change. There I created a culture of collaboration, trust, and transparency that improved team cohesion and effectiveness, resulting in the team awarding me with an 88% favorable management rating within 6 months.

In other roles at Tableau, I analyzed historical data and user experience feedback to design improvements that increased program resource utilization by 42% and reduced Technical Support operating expenses by $500k; streamlined business operations to expedite the delivery of software and services by 92%; designed and delivered global training programs to hundreds of technical support engineers annually, and aligned global stakeholders to launch localized Technical Support in 6 languages.

If you catch me outside of work, I'm an avid rower - 1.8MM meters and counting - an adventurous traveler, and a passionate lover of musical theatre (I was a production stage manager for about a decade)!

I also like meeting new people over a virtual or physical cup of tea. Feel free to reach out!
