I am an energetic individual, team contributor and leader with exceptional problem solving, process improvement, critical thinking, and written/verbal communication skills. My functional experience includes Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MSSQL querying, HTML & CSS programming, top escalation customer service, customer interface and direct training, people management and complex project management. My friends and colleagues know me as a highly focused individual, talented in creative problem solving, issue analysis and serving customer needs.
I’ve always looked for opportunities to join challenging, dynamic and customer-centric teams where my project management, customer service, programming, writing and people motivational skills can be leveraged to achieve greater Company success and where I can continue to grow both personally and professionally.
In college, I majored in Production/Stage Management at Emerson College in Boston, MA. There, I poured my creative energy into managing theatrical productions. I typically had a staff of 2 – 3 working under me, but oversaw the planning and logistics of 30 – 40 students depending on the size and scope of the production. The experiences I had at Emerson and after school within technical theatre provided me with a toolbox of universal skills that I have easily employed in my life and work far beyond the stage.
Post-college, I’ve served in positions in the non-profit arts, banking and software sectors. I spent several years at a local, community bank working my way up from an administrative assistant to maintaining the company’s website and administering its IT change processes. Now I work for a software company, assisting my customers to meet their technology needs.
When not at work or in rehearsal or production (I’ve managed to maintain an active theatre life), I enjoy spending my time cooking, traveling, hiking, and geocaching. I grew up on Cape Cod and love the ocean.
